Our red label is sourced from Nyeri Kenya, south of the infamous Mt. Kenya. Over 1,500 smallholder farmers deliver their freshly picked coffee cherries to the town of Barichu for processing. Washing stations in Kenya are often referred to as “factories” and expose producers to educational resources, agricultural products, and market access. Karatina factory is a stellar example of the flavor profile sought after from Kenyan coffees. With notes of purple grape, lemon, and caramel you will want to sip on this all day.
