An art-driven line set to raise the bar. It delivers transparency and ethics. Each can puts the truth front and center: the exact species, origin, method of capture… For years, volandeiras have been marketed as zamburiñas. Both species are exceptional and native to the Rías (Spain), where they develop their unique sea flavor. However, zamburiñas are so scarce that we choose to respect them. These scallops are collected by local guilds using the traditional "Bou de Vara" method, with strict quota and size controls.

Ingredients: scallops (shellfish), olive oil, garlic, chili pepper. May contain traces of fish.
