Toddies are named for the toddy drink in India, created from a drink of the toddy palm, then carried to Scotland by the East India Company as a hot whiskey drink of water, honey, herbs, and spices.  Oliver Pluff's Summer Toddies bring those spices to cool and refresh you on the warmest days!
 
Introducing Oliver Pluff Summer Toddies!
Size/Type: 3 oz Spices - Brews up to 3 Gallons
Ingredients: Cinnamon Sticks, Hibiscus Petals, Ginger, All Spice
Shelf Life: 3 Years
 
For 8 servings:
Boil 4 cups of water.
Add 2-3 tablespoon of spice blend and cinnamon sticks (to taste) to muslin bag.
Steep 10-15 minutes then remove spice bag.
Add honey to taste.
Add 4 Cups cold water.
Refrigerate overnight or add ice to cool.
Pour in tumblers filled with ice, add up to 2 oz of your favorite summer alcohol (Dark Rum, Tequila, Vodka or Gin) to each glass.
Stir.
Garnish with lime.
