Mary never had lamb like this. Added to some olive oil, red wine and a little salt, this will make a marinade that will infuse your lamb or Venison with a rich panorama of flavor just begging to be grilled. Baaaa.
 
Ingredients: Spearmint, Rosemary, Garlic, Black Pepper, Saigon Cinnamon, Coriander, and Onion.
