4 Gold, or "Quarto Centenario" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena by Giuseppe Giusti is an IGP (Indication of Geographic Protection) preserved Italian condiment. Aged in the small antique casks dating back to the 1800s, this product carries hints of roasted coffee, wood, and ripe fruits.
The Giusti family has been producing balsamic vinegar in Modena, Italy since 1605. The bottle was created to celebrate 400 years of vinegar making and refers to the many awards Giusti’s vinegar won at international fairs in the 1800s. Only a small batch is extracted each year.
