This sauce is made with mainly Sungold cherry tomatoes, but they included a variety of special slicers, heirloom and plum tomatoes that blend and simmer together with fresh basil, garlic and sweet peppers to create a complex flavor that screams freshness and summer flavor.

Having good craic was the guiding light of his new business, a value that is still essential to Brian and his crew today, who make their small batch hot sauces by hand in Lowell, Massachusetts.
