Growing up, Sotto's chocolate maker loved (and still does) sweets with cardamom - a nod to her part-Finnish heritage and her grandmother’s cardamom nisu or pulla (braided bread). She's paired this comforting spice with the chocolate-forward cacao of the Semuliki Forest fermentary in Uganda to create one of her favorite bars.
