Champagne is always sparkly but we’ve given it some extra shine with a hit of Sparkle Syrup in this festive cocktail. Since you are adding some sugar, make sure to start with a dry sparkling wine or Prosecco. Any of the Runamok bitters would taste great in this cocktail but the Floral Bitters bring out a nice nuance in the wine. Cheers.
1 tsp Runamok Sparkle Syrup
4-6oz dry sparkling wine
2 dashes of Runamok’s Aromatic, Orange or Floral bitters
lemon twist (optional)
Put a teaspoon of Sparkle Syrup in a champagne flute or wine glass. Add sparkling wine and bitters. Gently stir and serve with a twist.
