The nose opens with citrus notes complemented by a refreshing vegetable hint. It then develops on a mineral touch. On the palate, the wine is tonic, salivating, with a good length.

Grown on the plateaux, in a Portlandian clay and limestone soil, the Petit Chablis are lively wines when young, with the aromas of white fleshed fruit. Two or three years after the harvest, they can prove to be mineral and subtly iodized. A key which can be precious in helping enthusiasts unlock the world of Chablis.
