Nose: Intense aroma, rich with notes of flowers, fruity with hints of citrus. Palate: Good structure and acidity with delicate mineral undertones.

Buglioni was considered an outsider to many and he had trouble getting stores to carry his wine. As a result, he converted a family boutique into a wine bar in downtown Verona in 2005, which became a hit with the public (and still is to this day).
Crushing and pressing of de-stemmed grapes. Fermentation of the must for approximately 15 days at controlled temperature.
Maturation Mode & Time:
Five (5) months in stainless steel, and two (2) more months in the bottle before release.
