Nose: Intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, dark cherry, plum, and licorice. Secondary notes of leather, toasted marshmallow, wild herbs, and florals, followed by hints of caramel apple, Asian spices, heavy cream, tobacco, and cocoa nibs. Palate: Ripe, savory, and concentrated with silky mouthfeel, zesty acidity, and sweet tannins.

Fun Facts:

Chaos Theory began as a one-off (and back then irreverent) blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel that David created for our first participation in the annual Premiere Napa Valley trade auction some 15+ years ago. This wine is vintage no. 17.
