Made in partnership with several small growers located primarily in the communes of La Morra, Novello, Monforte d’Alba, Grinzane Cavour and Verduno, Perla Terra is vinified and bottled for Dalla Terra using traditional methods at a local winery in the Barolo region

Fermentation Mode: 

In stainless-steel tanks on skins for 12-14 days

Malolactic Fermentation: 


Maturation Mode & Time:

18 months in oak (27% in new French oak, 22% in 50hL barrels from 2006, 10% in Tonneaux of 6th passage, 15% in 25hL barrels from 2006, 26% in old 50/20 hL oak barrels)
