Arista’s 36-acre estate is located in the heart of the Russian River Valley on Westside Road. This iconic stretch of terroir is known as the Middle Reach of Russian River Valley, and sits just outside the idyllic Sonoma County town, Healdsburg.

Fermentation Mode:
Grapes picked at night. Grape clusters sorted by hand and whole clusters gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in 60 gallon French oak barrels using native yeast. Limited battonage the first 2-3 months in order to encourage the development of a healthy yeast population. Total fermentation time is approximately 10-11 months.
