Mount Mansfield simmers select organic pure Vermont maple syrup for just the right amount of time, and as it cools they hand stir before pouring it into maple leaf shaped candy molds. Their unique maple candy process is a bit of a trade secret, but we can say that they produce it the old fashioned way, just like their grandparents did, without the use of candy machines.
